the Pennsylvania Chapter of the
National Association of Postmasters of the United States, you are to be
commended for your excellent choice of officers. Will
the newly elected officers raise their right hands and
repeat after me, using your names where I use mine.

Association
of Postmasters of the United States and the Constitution of the
